Organic Cornflakes with no added sugar from Lima, suitable for coeliacs. Crisp cornflakes are a great breakfast or snack and are particularly popular with kids. They're also great for crumb coating or the ubiquitous chocolate corn crispies! These have a little salt but no additional sugars unlike many other brands.
Organic corn is selected, washed and cooked with a pinch of sea salt. The cooked corn is left to rest a while so that the water content can spread evenly. The grains of corn are then preheated and passed through two cylinders. The flakes are then grilled. Small or burnt particles are automatically removed. The cornflakes are packed and passed through a metal detector.
